Title: A Cry in the Wilderness
Post by: burbuja2 on January 14, 2003, 05:00:00 AM
I'm completing the entire Adjustment of Status package and I have a question regarding the supporting documents such as marriage certificates, photographs, etc.. I notice that some of the forms require the same external documents as others.  If the forms are to be filed simultaneously, is it necessary to annex the same external documents to each form or will the requisite documents for one form also serve to fulfill the requirement of the other(s)?

No te preocupes, all will go well.  You need to include the same documents for each form.  Each form may need information that was also included on another form.  Even though you are filing all the forms simultaneously you cannot include just one set of documents to cover all.

Let us know if you need anything else.
