Title: Thunderbolts and lightening... Post by: El Diablo on April 30, 2002, 04:00:00 AM A few of you have talked about being thunder-struck by a special Latin woman. Maybe it was HODA who coined the phrase first but in any event I've never been a big believer in it. I rather imagined myself as the type who falls for a woman over time, methodicly and with a lot of thought. Well today I was struck. I'm a believer now. I have seen the light and I repent for all my transgressions and pessimistic posts. (-: I was struck once before in my life. I attributed it the fancifulness of youth. I was smitten by her, not by her beauty so much but by whatever that mysterious thing is that some women have. Today it happened again, lightening sometimes does strike twice. I remember the exact moment, we were talking and suddenly the conversation stopped with no reason, we looked at each other, she turned away, almost embarressed and her face was a deep red -- she was blushing. That's the moment I was struck, it really hit me. It was a flash that went straight through me and I can only imagine what I must have looked like. The moment lasted for what seemed like several seconds and when it was over I was at a loss for words. She said something to the affect "what just happened to us" and all I could think to say was "wow...mucho chemica". Title: I knew..
