  I keep hearing numerous statements about players and recently got in a tiff with larry g the guru of the lwl. He made the comment about us ex pat players dating younger women drinking and wh-ring around avenida sexta.
   There are some of us who like the culture, are older and do not want a rapid hormonal courtship with a young pretty girl, when her intentions are only that she will marry us.
    The agencies do not encourage women over thirty five to join. Read the ads in El Pias. I know some agencies that round file these women's applications. It is very hard to find a mid to late thirties woman with education, a good job, upper class families and attractivness.
  The agencies try to push the twenty somethings only on their looks. It is easier. Check out their occupations, sure there are a few lawyers and dentists, but most are "students" which means unemployed or are, as we say, retired sales girls.
  The better class women with these attributes are usually not interested in being a mail order bride. You will not find them on avenida sexta. The only way is by establishing friendships, with higher class women when you find them. I am not dissing the young agency girls. It is only that for me, they are only to go dancing with while I look for a woman that has class,inteligence and experience. I see aspiring models as the perfect example of the industry. There is a need for a new type of agency catering to older classier women who do not stick their buts out or do photos with a profile to show their breasts. This is only based on what I have found in Cali. Remember There is no fool like an old fool. jim c

Thanks for your insight jim c. You have confirmed what I have been wondering about for a while, why few older women on the Cali websites. I too like the warmer weather, but you have to go where the women are.  I'm still deciding between which city to go to early next year.

Jim C. - I know you are partial to Cali, but have you ever thought of checking out Bogotá??  It has been quite awhile since I was there on a TLC tour, but I remember many of the women were just what you are looking for.  Maybe check out some of the agencies there..

If you have not been there, I thought it was an interesting city.

I really find that the women in Bogota are more attractive but I love Cali and its weather. So I have not gone. Remember I am from Key West.  maybe some day JIM C
