Could you tell me what a size 28 pants in Peruvian standards works out to in American size. I am trying to get some Christmas shopping done. She said a size 3-4, but I think she is smaller than that ?? I think she is rigth. A 28 would be a 3-4 size here. But if you are unsure about it you can get a number 3 or go to the stores where they sell clothes for petit women.
