Margareth in my experience has always been very strict insisting on payment of a four hundred dollar per year membership fee up front before you can use her service. The only exception has been if she's having a party. Then she will invite you and any other Americans you can round up and you have access to any girls who attend. Ricardo on the other hand requires no membership fee just a minimum four day stay at his B&B at $45 per day. He also has access to the women they signed up together when they were married. The problem there is Margareth's website is very old so if you pick girls from it for Ricardo to call they're liable to be married or moved to Miami so I guess you have to pay Marareth the big bucks to get access to her current girls.
