I use Lernout & Hauspie Pwoer Translator Pro. It has some great features. One I like espessially is that it has a plug in for MS Word. You can tranlate both directions within Word as your editor or you can use their editor. It also translates Web pages. When I'm in Colombia and I need to have a legnthy converstaion with someone we just use this program on my laptop and it works great!!!

I assumed you were looking for a person rather than a program. We also list several links to several sites and programs on the translation page. However, they aren't nearly as good as a person who knows both languages. Many words have multiple meanings and translating imperfect Spanish (or English) does not work. Idiomatic expressions are also a difficulty. You should definitely start studying Spanish if you're not doing so already. Many of the translation programs actually are decent when used in interactive mode by someone who has passable knowledge in both languages (you can guide the program when it's unsure). Someone just posted a few lines down about a site and recommended it. I'm sure they do written translations as well, but they seem to be focused on interpreting (spoken translations)- http://www.keen.com/categories/categorylist.asp?category=620 We also host a page for a Spanish translator who translates written only at $0.05/word ($10 minimum) which you can find by clicking at left where it says "Translations".
