for weeks  now i have been trying to make contact with several agencies in cali , not one has bothered to respond to my emails , with the exception of latin internet. i am planning to go to cali for 10 days in july then on to brazil for 10 days. my problem is i dont know which agency to stay at because they wont respond to my emails ? i guess ill just get a hotel room and go around to each of them by taxi and check them out. you would think that since these agencies are in business they would respond to a interested gringo's emails? does anyone have the agency that is like a condo , i dont recall the name ? is it L W L or L W C ?  also does anyone have any info on latin best? im getting so frustrated with this whole cali agency thing im just about ready to go somewhere else and skip cali all together! ANY HELP , ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Hi Norm

 You will not know me but I spoke with Tommie last week while staying at Norm's place in Cali. I can strongly recommend Norm's place in Cali. The service and food were excellent. There is a secretary named Diane who worked but b.. off making appointments for me. It was a week well spent.

 One of Norm's former customers had returned to Cali and was staying at the Latin Love Mates.(He liked the books and thought he would give it a try, paid I think a $100 membership fee for the week). I met him because he was locked out of the villa and apparently they have no security people working at night so he called Norm to spend the night.

 Last year I stayed at the at Bud's old place, the Crystal Palace and the LI. I will not talk about the Palace as that was a bad experience. There are new owners and they may turn the place around, I don't know. The Latin Internet was very good and has many books with a lot of women. It is run by a women named Maritza and she knows the women very well. On several occasions, she recommended I stay away from a women because they were 'players'. The only down side to the LI is the membership fee.

 On my second trip to Cali last year, I stayed at a condo that is owned by a guy named Robert who also ownes an agency. I can't think of the name of the agency, but it is real close to Chipichopy. The service was ok, but the place was build for air conditioning and there was none. This place was HOT, very uncomfortable to sleep.

 If I may recommend, stay at Norm's. You can use the services of Latin Best while you are there. One of the guys I stayed with at LI told me about this. There is a fee, but it wasn't much and I believe they charge you be appointment. It is worth checking into.

hi rwl, wow ...thanks very helpful , appreciate the info. now see these are the things i am looking to find out before i invest my time and money. interesting that LWC doesnt have a/c in his condo . you need a/c in cali in order to get a good nights sleep. does norm have a/c in all his bedrooms?

first i have heard this? i recieve emails daily from friends , relatives , business associates , and you larry but i have never recieved one from margareth. i have no idea what message terminator means?

Yes,
Pack go to latinwomenconnection.com and e-mail Robert thru his site. He has the condo. I'll be ther in June. He's a cool guy and will probably waive the membership fee. He's charging me 4 #5..00 per night for a room in the condo.

At his site he also has a personal cell phone number that you can call.

Yo Pack,
Check the sites again for a local telephone number. I'm quite sure they have one. I know Norm's, Latin-Love & Latin Internet have 'em. Get a calling card & give 'em a shout! If Latin-Internet is the only one that'll take the time to contact you, then so be it. I've only visited Latin-Internet once, and that was with my lady to get her picture removed from their site. They seemed like nice people & removed Stivalis's photo pronto & wished us luck. Like I said, give 'em a call & take it from there. Nothing replaces person to person contact for me. There is some drama amongst a few agencies in Cali, but nothing that should deter you from visiting....
