As a lot of people know, Norm and I are friends. Norm has many friends on here. Even competitors know Norm and, Business aside, Like him.
So, for some reason, the Cali List has just launched this huge attack on him. Myself and various other guys have defended him. But, we don't even get a response from the people attacking him. The most prominent of these, is a guy named "Joshua" who claims to have stayed at Norm's place in March, but when asked by other members and Norm when the dates he stayed were, there as never been any response. I believe the Cali List is in on this Attack because they banned Norm the same day "Joshua" made his first post. Conviently, other "People" have joined using yahoo or hotmail accounts and are agreeing with "Joshua."
At lot of you know what I'm talking about because many of you belong to the Cali List, but I posted something today that shouldn't go unoticed and I believe the Cali List Moderator deleted my post.
These guys have committed a couple of internet crimes against Norm. the biggest is a "real" crime in that they have posted their intent of making a fraudulent report to Colombian DAS that Norm has cocaine in his home and is a user himself, for the sole purpose of damaging his business and his credibility. He has been accused of other things, in which I'll let their own post speak for themselves, in a moment. The other problems Norm is having, as defined at United States Internet Investigators ( http://unitedstates.datastar.net ), is email harassment, email threats, and internet stalking.
It's cool to bag on each others Agency, but when you are planning to make a fraudulent report to attempt to get a man in trouble for nothing, is crossing the line. And, if these idiots have nothing else to do and think their posts mean nothing, I filed a formal complaint with United States Internet Investigators. Screw 'em. I think its some High Schooler who has nothing better to do, but the Cali List is obviously in on it.
Here are examples of what these guys wrote about Norm. I wish I had them all, but  Ideleted some over the stupidity. I don't even mind posting this, because even a person who hasn't even been to Norm's can see thru this crap. Please not the writing and verbage style from each post. Appear very similar, as well.
I just wanted everyone to know about this and watch if they continue this attack after they received my email about it.

Guys, do not use the agency of Norm Paulsen.  The guy is a real sleazeball and proud of it.  I stayed there for two days on my March trip to Cali.  Norm never shuts up about how many women that he's banging in Cali.  Keep in mind that he is married to a woman from Cali already.  Paulsen has the worst case of kid in the candy store disease that I have ever seen.  As I went through the books, Norm rated the sexual skills of the members that he has "experienced" as he put it.  His wife isn't stupid, and she knows what's going on.  It's really embarassing to sit through all of the fights that occur between the two.  It goes on all day.  I don't blame his wife though.  I feel bad for her, actually.  I was lucky that I paid for only my first two days there.  I left for Latin Love after that.  That's where I usually go in Cali.  Much better.  Latin Love isn't perfect, but it sure beats dealing with a womanizer like Norm Paulsen.  Oh, don't fall for the hot air about the food at Mis Gringuitos.  It's terrible.  Practically inedible is more to the point.  Learn from my mistake!  Cali is great, just watch out for owners like Paulsen.  Every trip to Cali has been a blast.  Anybody else here from Florida?

Most owners of large agencies in Cali already know about Norm's reputation.  Nothing stays a secret for very long in this business.
However, I have another idea.  There is a police force in Colombia
similar to the FBI in this country.  I don't know whether Paulsen sells cocaine, but he definitely uses it.  If we tip off the Colombian FBI, then they would at least search the Mis Gringuitos house in Cali.  Something is going on in Cali because Americans are getting detained by Colombian police for random drug searches in the Cali airport.  Maybe it's part of Plan Colombia or something.
If they do these searches at random, then the police there will definitely do a search if they get a tip about the Mis Gringuitos house.  There will be at least some cocaine in the house.  But there won't be very much if Paulsen is just a user, not a dealer.

Gringuitos, is the kind of guy that gives a bad name
to Americans and ruins Colombia for the rest of us.
It's despicable that he moved to Cali just to use as

But what can we do to stop him?
What if we tell other agency owners about him?  Do you
think that they could warn the women in their
agencies?  Sometimes the women join several agencies.
It wouldn't take long for news to spread.  That seems
like the fastest way to get rid of Paulsen.
Any other ideas?

I've never met Norm. I've never done business with him. I don't know first hand if he is a 'good guy', but I do know this:
Only thing I've ever seen on Cali List that even MIGHT be true is that some fat guy named Ray got drunk and offered some of the ladies money for sex (and generally made a swine [Patrick's naughty word checker caught the word I was going to use] out of himself) at a couple of socials.  This part may or may not be true.

Everything else posted there is lies that a 3rd grader can see through. At least that's my opinon, I mean come on, a group that steals your email address from some other source and then signs you up without your permission and starts sending you trash from a bunch of hotmail addresses that you've never seen post in any other forum, all of them telling horible tales about the same guy? You don't believe in the Easter Bunny too, do you?

I don't mean YOU Travler believe this junk, (from your post it is obvious that you don't) I mean as a retorical question "you don't beleive this junk, do you?"

I posted a response also. Yesterday. So either the system is slow or mine was deleted, also.

These are FACTS

1) the calilist list owners have never publicly identified themselves

2) the 3 most recent negative posts made against Norm have been by memebers who joined the list the same day they made the post

3) at least one of those Yahoo id's does not have a profile,
one is brand new, and all have litle or no information about the ID owner

4) all of a sudden, all of the cali list archives have disappeared

MY OPINION IS

that Norm's business has become sucessful and someone is trying to smear him

I stayed there in Feb, and prepaid in March for a week in May, see ya in 3 weeks

Tell me about it !  I had a couple of past customers, or at least they posed as that, that all along all thay wanted was to get an insight to my business, one even copy my website entirely! and ask me to be his "partner" ! after I refused, he has been spreading rumors about me and my agency. Beware! not everything you hear is true.

I know you mean well. I know Norm is a good guy. He was on LWL way back...with me..long before he had an angency, also other Real Guys that have credibility have vouched for Norm here. Smart guys that Know our way around this venue. However you should realize that Trolls, Flamers and The Internet are joined at the hip. They are a disease that there is no cure for. I have been lied about probably more than any other single person in this game. You simply have to fight back and then move on. If you choose to be visible enough or become a threat to others...REAL or IMAGINED..the trolls will find you...thats what TROLLS do.

I feel for Norm...but there is absolutely no way to escape trolls. The Cali list wierdo's make our resident group look like amatuers. Get away from them. There is little or no business worth gaining from a group of guys so negative they can't get dates with thousand dollar bills taped to their faces.

Try to understand who your enemies are, why they want to cause trouble, report them the minute they cross the line and discredit them...but then move on...kick back...their brand of posts never work Long Term anyway. If they did..one of the biggest Troll, Schill groups wouldn't have just filed for bankruptcy. Desperate people do desperate things and the only thing one can do is make sure the Trolls don't create a self-fullfilling prophecy for the agency.

And yes you can take Legal Action against them...if you have the time and the money. But in the end the liars never win anyway. Try to stand back a little a see the forest instead of the trees.

I don't know Norm, never met him., never did business with him. But on the other hand, I never believe ANYTHING I see on Cali List. All you ever see there is: 1) Somebody named 'Ray' gets drunk too much and offers the women money for sex, the women are insulted and/or hurt (this one MIGHT be true, since it was posted by several people, with REAL addresses and they didn't say bad stuff about a particular agency) 2) A bunch of lies that a 3rd grader could see through posted about Norm, all of them by people with hotmail or yahoo addresses and none of them have ever posted before on LWL or here, only on Cali List and then only to smear Norm. 3) An occasional newbie who hasn't 'figured it out yet' who makes his first post something like "wow, neat, a place to hear about what's going on in LA" but never make a second post.

In short, Cali List is a fraud, maintained by Norm's competitors who think they might get more business if he were out of their way.
