Dear Hoda:

    Go to archive section 7 and 8 and look for Pete's postings about his full stories in Bogota.  It has probably
lots of the information such as the time of day to go to Bogota emabassy and just a lot of great info'about the papers needed and of course we get to learn from Pete's many follies and mistakes!!! (Love you, Pete!)  
    I hope this might help you a little.
  Pete is a great help to everyone on this board but I thought that I might save him some time.  I hope this might help you, Hoda.
