Depends on your definition of "near" but last month I stayed at the Holiday Plaza Hotel in Cebu for one night and was satisfied. I made my reservation through asiatravel.com and paid 1700 pesos and change if I recall correctly. There are probably lower-priced alternatives on which more-experienced folks could advise you. |
