Tess has had her license for quite some time and is doing great. She drives at least half the time...rush hour and all. She has no hesitancy about the freeway, etc. Stephen Title: Re: Teaching y'alls wives to drive Post by: steveb2 on June 30, 2004, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Teaching y'alls wives to drive, posted by Matt on Jun 30, 2004
Well, Juliet reads the posts here,,,,so All I have to say is that, during the teaching process, I needed much patience and she was always right. She has been driving for over a year now and doing great. Hi ya all!! Well the honey moon is almost over, but yesterday i woke with strawberries being fed to me in bed. No homesick problems of yet and the Mall and shopping is not special anymore. As she knows she can go anytime she likes. Maricel is getting use to no furniture in the living room or any room but the bedroom and she don't believe I will ever get any. Her birthday is coming up and I don't have a clue to what to give her on a tight budget. I was just going to give her some cash and let her go shopping but she don't like that idea. Any suggestions? Maricel likes Ray and Raquel but is too shy to write anyone as yet. But I can say thanks for her till she gets to chat with you guys. Going sailing this 4th July we will see if Maricel has her sea legs. Yup great articles on teaching to drive. Maricel has her learners permit and is currently learning to drive the 90 Bronco we have. She has trouble with right turns but she will get it I'm sure, in time. Maricel was driving our motorcycle for over 8 months back in Bansarvil Mindanao with lots of Mountain roads. Also I had her drive in Cebu to drop me off at the Airport, so once she gets the turning and parking down she shouldn't have any trouble. I will also teach her how to use the clutch on the 5 speed Fiat wish us luck. |
