I filed my application for a K1 in Nebraska on November 5, 2003. The letter I received from the processing center indicates they will act on my application between April 5 and May 5, 2004. I confirmed this by phone. Assuming Nebraska approves the application, say, on May 1, when can I expect her to get off the plane in the US? Hamlet Title: Re: How long till she gets off the plane? Hello Hamlet My Girlfriend is also Vetnamese and I am planning on starting the Visa prosses after I return from Vietnam in a few weeks. Any hints or help you have learned about the prosses would be greatly appersiated. Thank you Greg F |
