one of the most corrupt countries in the world. I came across an organization working to change the situation, and so far I am pretty impressed with them. The are the Project for Transparent Accountable Governance (TAG) You can find their web site at the address below. They are worth giving a good look and then passing on their info. http://www.tag.org.ph As a past and future resident of the Philippines, I can say any sign of hope is Great!
