You need your U.S. Passport, probably with a Vietnam visa stamped on it. I'm comparing this to when I went to the Philippines. I applied for and received my U.S. Passport. After that, I had to mail the pass-port to the Philippine consulate in New York. I had to explain in a letter the purpose of my trip, where I would stay, etc. The Philippine Consulate approved, stamped the visa onto my passport, and mailed it back to me. - Kevin Title: Re: Re: check list Post by: Lori on January 11, 2002, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Re: check list, posted by kevin on Jan 11, 2002
yes, Kevin, I have my passpost all ready, and will apply for my visa in feb. when I get my plane ticket. What I really need to know, is what Thai needs to give me to send in the k-1 visa application, So that he will not have to mail it all to me, and I can start the process the day I return from my trip.
