I was just wondering: what was the average cost of a trip to the Philippines for, say, two weeks? You could get by on much less. It depends a lot of course on where you are going, North Louzon is much cheeper than Boracay, Manila or Cebu. If you went up to Sagada $20 a day would be plenty and includes all the hash you can consume. Hum Title: Jay was right! ..are long gone, thankfully. All I miss is the music (and the ability to get by on 3 hours of sleep). Some day I hope to go diving with Hum, maybe at Alona; he hasn't been there yet. I'll roll him a native leaf tobacci cigar and see how he likes it. Jim |
