Title: For Peter Lee...
Post by: Kreeger on March 12, 2003, 05:00:00 AM
Peter,

I am sorry I did not respond to you further down the forum (regarding my wedding planner/coordinator)... the threads advanced and I lost track.

Yes, we are using a planner who has coordinated an all-inclusive package for our wedding, including elaborate decor, food for 300, a beautiful bridal gown, brides maids' gowns, groomsmens' barongs, a professional photographer who will also shoot digital video, bridal car, and more stuff....  all for the low price of P98,000.  This guy is actually a family friend of hers, and... yes, a bayut :) Nice guy, though!

Anyway, I think he only does local stuff, but I will inquire about that.

Hope this helps...

Joe

Thanks for the come back.  I did get a response from a gale  on the internet that said she specializes in putting it all together.  She quoted 110,000 pesos and her fee to have it all done by her.  When i asked my fiancee about it she said her Mom and Aunt will help her and she doesn't need anyone.  I gues they have been through a few marriage ceremonies lately with her cousin and her older sister.  300 people seems like a lot of people, i can't imagine any family knowing so many.  It sounds like a lot of them are just invited for the fesivities and food.  We are planning on 50 or less and that seems like a lot.  But I have never been through a Philippine wedding.  So a little insight would be helpful here.  But we decided to have it in Cebu city in July.  Till next time Peter Lee
