Title: Bank account Phils Post by: outwest77 on December 06, 2002, 05:00:00 AM What would be the most safe way to transact 2 grande in purchases in the phils, handicrafts, i could take it with me in cash, but dont feel that good about leaving that much in the hotel safe, how about opening a bank account there, would i be guaranteed to be able to get it out when i want it, i have been told the phils banks are not that good and to go with a Japanese bank there.
