Hello everyone!

I have been reading these posts for going on four years here on this ole board. I feel blessed by the companionship this board offers and tried to reciprocate in my small way.
Winter is coming on, (even here in Northern Alabama), and the last of my vegetable garden has gone to sleep. Our first child is due on December 30th and we are preparing my small house for the new arrival. (Although my wife still doesn’t understand why my guns can’t be moved out to the shed.)
I just want to wish everyone here on the board a good winter and a good upcoming season holidays
Those of us who have found our true love are the lucky ones. Those who are still searching are luckier still, and those who have lost but are still trying: well join the club. (We have all been there.)

Congratulations to you and your wife on the upcoming birth of your child. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season!

Winter has come to South Florida...LOL. I spent the day fixing my central aircon, as the temperature hovered around 90 degrees.

Glad to see that you're still lurking out there.

That's good if you can get that little one out before the end of the year to take advantage of the tax deduction :-)
