I'm very sorry about you and Thai.Sorry too I was not able to reply your post because I'm busy helping the farm.We start harvesting corn and I do the ticketing job.It's pretty much simple.
Vicky I really like your post.My prayers all answered.You post and I'm happy that Don's not angry with me.
Anyway back to you Lori,you know Thai reminds me of my two brother inlaws in Philippines.That's really common attitudes in Asian men.I can't believed how irresponsible my two brother inlaws are.One brother in law never care about his family all he cares is drinking.He never care if his family already eat.My family were very upset with him because aside from being drunkard he also abuse my sister physically.I can't immagine my sister still live with him until now.She always say for her children's sake.My sister work hard to feed her children but her husband work hard for drinks.I tell his husband one time that time come he will got sick and we just throw him in the ocean and let the shark eat him.One brother inlaw he is hardworking before he got married .He is a gold miner.They became millionaire one time and one day we heared that they went brook.He give most of his money to His Pastor.He join Quiboloy Church in Davao.I'm not sure if its sect or cult or whatever.My brother inlaw been busy in his church as one of the minister and forgot to feed his family.He let my sister work while him just sitting pretty there.Is that right?Nope.We really learned a lot from them.
I have four brother and four of them were really responsible still I feel and I know that  majority of Asian men were very abusive and irresponsible.They always expect thier lady to carry their bags for them,work for them,do everything for them.
One of my niece ask me why I marry American and I answer her like this"Where in the world you can find a husband who treat you like a queen,make you feel secure,very responsible,don't know how to abuse you,very understanding ,love you with all your heart and soul,care about you,and most of all very handsome?Only in America.The americans.The filipina and some asian culture who married american were the most wise,intellegent woman.Sorry Lori I never say your not wise and intellegent of course your wise and intellegent your only victim of your feelings.You listen to your heart more than your brain but by that mistake you will surely learn.I pray that one day you will find happiness.Lot's of americans want you to be thier wife but maybe you never see them.They just around you.

Hi Raquel, very gooood post..The Christian Pinoys from my Church seem to treat their wifes like Queens..Maybe it's the Pinoys in the Philippines that treat their Pinays like Dirt. anyone who finds a good wife or husband is lucky. there are many pinays who treat their american husbands like dirt too, so it goes both ways.

Well, Feb, I have dealt with the American men. I have 2 daughters to prove it. Not all american men are super great. Some abandon thier children and abuse their wives. I'm saying that there are good and bad in every culture.
If you want to bring up relitives, let me tell you about some of the men in my family:

Grandfather---beat my grandmother--first in family to divorce.
Father--abandoned me and my sister at age 2--also beat my mother
Uncle--molested his daughter for years before he was caught.
cousin--repeatedly in jail for beating his wife.

But there are also those in my family who have been great role models. I don't believe ALL American men are one way, nor will I believe that ALL asian men are another way.

Please, don't tell me, Lot's of americans want me to be thier wife but maybe you never see them.  I wouold not look for one .I would run as far as I could away from it.

 yeah, my family was far from what you would call a perfect family, no sexual abuse or anything of that nature, but lot's of alcohol, physical and verbal abuse. i survived and so did you. i know that life is no bowl of cherries under the circumstances you described so maybe i shouldn't have made light of it. but what the heck. jerry, jerry, jerry....

Have you even seen his programming before they started that JERRY, JERRY crap?? He used to have some real good shows. He would help people. I mean he would do follow ups, offer counceling. But I guess he never got the ratings he wanted. So now he just exposes people. I don't like him much.

i think he's a big joke. he seems to have it out for the ghetto and trailer park crowd, but people (viewers) eat it up don't they?
