Title: PLEASE HELP!!!...K3 AOS Post by: JhunnieE on July 03, 2002, 04:00:00 AM Hello everyone....it's been a long time since I last posted here.
I hope someone here could help me with my problem. My wife's I-130 has been approved 2 months ago and I am wondering if she HAS to file for an AOS right away...she is pregnant now and I know that AOS requires a vaccination records, which she chose not to take when she was in the Philippines.
