if I can finish the story today! For the newbies that haven't a clue what I am talking about, it starts on page 90 of the archives.  For you old timers, if you have time, read it all in it's entirety, maybe it will be better. I may get kicked off this puter after an hour or two, so if it looks as though I stopped in the middle of something, I probably did.

Before I go into this next part, I should exlain a little bit about my own attitude and habits. I am normally a very passive individual, the quiet one in the corner. (Except with taxi drivers:) However, I am not one that normally backs down from a challenge, either.  Sometimes this gets me in trouble, and sometimes it keeps me out of trouble. I believe the latter is true in this case.

I am not a large man by American standards, at 5'7" and 170 lbs, but I am in fairly good physical shape at this point in my life. I lost about 20 lbs earlier this year, and feel better and stronger than I have for many years. In school, I shattered the pushup record. (465 pushups in half hour) This record stayed on the board until the school burnt down. I spent several yeards practicing various martial arts styles, and actually lived in a Goju Ryu dojo for a year, being assistant sensei. That being said, I'll get on with the story.

about my beer belly!!  :)  Lost most of it now, down to 170, maybe I should look her up and see what she says now.
