Jazfunk hey interesting name, I'm a musician just in case ;-) Been there done that. We were married in November 2003 & our interview is next Monday March 28th. I would STRONGLY advise AGAINST marrying in Ukraine. Think about it. I DID IT!! If I had to do this all over again I would go the fiancee visa route. We had all sort of problems including our papers being lost by Homeland Security. I ultimately had to have my congressman intervene in order to get anything done. Very bad scenario ours. I would strongly advise you against it. Also this might sound weird but I noticed you considered Latin women according to your profile. I sometimes wish I HAD married a Latino lady. Don't have the time NOW to go into it but I can elaborate later. Best of luck. Now Frank, simply because yours was a mess doesn't mean his will be. You may want to point out the DCF route versus the K3 you took. Title: Re: Re: Re: Marriage in Ukraine Post by: Frank O on March 23, 2005, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Re: Re: Marriage in Ukraine, posted by LP on Mar 22, 2005
Yes, VERY true. Could possibly be different. I guess have Homeland Security LOSE your casefile just leaves a VERY bad taste in your mouth. But honestly I would NOT recommend to ANYONE other than my worst enemies. Frank O. I would be very interested to here about your exploits with latin vs Ukrainian. I have an interest in both. I had a great time in Colombian and now I am trying Ukraine next week. Thanks Title: Re: Re: Re: Marriage in Ukraine Post by: Frank O on March 22, 2005, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Re: Re: Marriage in Ukraine, posted by fathertime on Mar 22, 2005
I forgot to add I'll be leaving for Kiev this Thursday & I arrive on Friday. When EXACTLY will you be there? Just curious. Also WHERE will you be going? Well I live right next to the Mexican border so I've dated QUITE a lot of MExican ladies. VERY nice. Not sure what you meant by exploits. Let's just say to ME Latino ladies tend to me more warm & "loving" than ANY of the Ukrainian ladies I've met. BY A LONG SHOT. I seem to be getting that impression that the warmness may be greater overall in latinas. I guess I will have to spot the warmer ones in Odessa, although the way you emphasize "ANY" in your post concerns me a little. I am guessing that some of the Ukrainian girls will be warm and loving. BTW When I used the word exploits I should have said interactions. Thanks |
