Title: Finally got our interview date! Post by: Frank O on February 02, 2005, 05:00:00 AM As you all are well aware of our case ran into problems last summer when unbeknowst to us our casefile got "lost" sometime in July or so. That caused a LONG wait & some rather severe problems in our marriage. Instead of taking 60 - 90 days as stated in our I-129F our case took well over 170+ days. I finally wrote my congressman & miraculously within 2 weeks our case moved. This week we received our interview date in Kiev. It will be Monday March 28th.
I truly do hope no one else on this board ever encounters problems such as we did in your process. Apparently there were some computer problems or something in Missouri? Not sure but whatever the case it was NOT easy. Anyways I just thought I'd let you guys know how our case is coming along. |
