Is that imperative? Elluva time to be doing this.lol. I think all should fine in Ukraine by the time this is reviewed. Artie

...It's a no-brainer. I forget what line 16 is but once the doc is passed on to State they'll need to contact her by mail so write that information in "Russian letters". Her name and address need to be done in her native language, it's important. Btw, it's called Cyrillic.
