I ordered flowers for a lady in Kherson from roses.ru. The website said delivery would be in 3 business days. Four HOURS later, my lady calls me, thrilled to receive the flowers that were delivered to her at 10:00 p.m. Althogh her phone call probably cost more than the flowers, she was a very happy lady. Most women here in New York would probably call the cops if anyone tried to deliver flowers at 10:00 p.m.
