Title: K-1, Children and Moscow Embassy???? Post by: Jski on May 31, 2004, 04:00:00 AM What does the Moscow embassy require for parental permission to leave Russia? Is it the same as Ukraine (who have seem to have gotten worse late last year)? Is a letter needed or just having the child in the passport good enough? Anyone with any recent experience?
