I seems like The Dominican Republic is cheaper then Kiev to meet a Ukrainian lady, including all costs.

I would like to get more information about this airline.  Do you have more?   I am certain there are no direct flights, what are the connecting cities?   Is a transit through the US required?

I'd guess it depends on the time of year. Last Summer I won an all-inclusive week for 2 in Punta Cana. My GF from Dnepro checked airfares there and the cheapest for her was $4k.

I ended up taking a friend along and then meeting her in Prague a short time later.

Transaero schedule is stable, it is not published because airline has no right to sell it. Flight was chartered by 3 russian touroperators, all service was pre-paid and belongs to them.

Vim Airlines operates flight MOV 6245 VKO PUJ SDQ.

Aeroflot operates only regular flights on routes where frequencies are not lower than 7 per week. The only exception is MOW HAV, but this flight is a political reason. SU has no iterests to fly to SDQ, the only airport in DR wherre russian carriers will fly is PUJ, this is a tourist destinations, there is no traffice SDQ-MOW.

Transaero Airlines will increase its service MOW-PUJ operated by763. From October flights will be opoerated on Tuesdays and Fridays. nonstop 12 hours flight brings 230 passengers from Moscow.

VIM Airlines also operates MOW-SNN-PUJ and some MOW-SNN-SDQ, those flights are under IL62M aircraft.

East Line Airlines operated several charter flights to PUJ last year.

Airfare MOW PUJ MOW is 700 USD RT by Transaero and 1100 by VIM airlines.
Tickets from PUJ to MOW are from 350 USD one way.
