Is it possible to get a private visa for multiple entry-5 years?

What is the requirement for a multiple entry business visa (5 years)? What is the definition of "business"? How can you proove it?

I just recently got a private multiple entry 5 year visa for Ukraine.

I don't think you should try for the business visa for a couple of reasons.

First, you can get the private, so why not go that way.

Second, I heard from a guy who said when he applied for the business visa, they had to communicate back and forth a couple of times as Embassy requested some back up data on his company, etc.
