If you're giving Elena's site a shameless plug, maybe you should just say that you recommend her services. Otherwise, there's not a whole lot there to get really excited about St. Petersburg. There is some good travel info though, on one of her pages. Hardly enough though to whet the appetite. On the other hand, if you want to generate some interest in visiting St. Petersburg (like I will be doing for the 4th time at the end of April), then I may like to recommend these particular sites: http://www.enlight.ru/camera/index_e.htm This site has hundreds of "albums" containing literally a few thousand photographs of my favorite Russian city. http://www.saint-petersburg.com/ This site has a ton of useful information,...virtually anything about St. Petersburg you need to know. There's a forum too for questions and answers. http://www.flowersbynina.com ...and of course, my own "shameless plug" for my favorite tour guide and visitor services person. Her "знакомство" Phil, is an American ex-pat now living in St. Petersburg for over 2 years. Not only will they show you things to see and do, they'll become your good friends in St. Petersburg!
