They were: APPLICANTS LAST ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF MORE THAN ONE YEAR SHOW BELOW LAST OCCUPATION ABROAD IF NOT SHOWN ABOVE (INCLUDE ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED ABOVE). How did you guys who recently filled out this form have your girls do this section?
