For many reasons I am sure an interview date has been unable to be kept in the past and perhaps someone here has experienced it ..
ps: yes i have notifoied the US consulate in Warsaw- but it generally takes about 10 days for them to reply, so just trying to satisfy my curiousity and "our" dissapointment. I think you may be a pioneer on this one. I lived in Ukraine and Warsaw for almost 3 months to be sure my Anna would come home with me safely and I thought quickly. If anybody is interested in that story I will tell you but I can tell you it was truly an ordeal. Do tell. "procedure" stories are interesting to those of us still in the thick of it. My wife and I went through the K-1 and the K-3 processes. Now we're about to file for AOS. As far as US citizen filing for a beneficery immigration goes-
Interview for a Ukrainian citizen on a I 130 it will likely move soon to kiev, rumor is in april. Hopefully her rescudeled interview is long before that!! ;) Thanks to all who reply! |
