To answer the question yourselves - go to this link -- http://www.delta.com/travel/trav_serv/intl_travel/timatic/index.jsp. It is the very same information used by Delta Airlines (and presumably others as well) to determine if they are required to witness a visa in a traveler's passport before allowing them to board. As you can see from the resulting information, airline companies pay hefty fines if they allow a passenger to travel to a country in which a visa is required and they do not possess one. - Dan |
