After seeing Dan's post on 11/8 about this place you can list your ads for free  (http://www2.aviso.ua/aviso/eng/)  I decided to check it out.  I got the ad done and clicked on the place to send it off.  I could see no place however to do anything about putting a photo with it though.  So I wrote them to ask about it or even if they do personal ads, not just business ads etc..  Well, that was 4 days ago and I still haven't heard a word from them (I emailed them twice).  So I don't know if it just doesn't work or what.  If they ever get back to me, I will let you know.

There is a second free newspaper that accepts online ads. Here is the link -- http://www.win.izrukvruki.ru/english/

They not only serve Ukraine, but also many cities in Russia, Belarussia, and Kazakhstan.

Not sure if they accept photos either.

I am pretty sure they do not offer photo ads for free - and maybe not at all, I am not sure.

But I assure you that Aviso is very well-read in Ukraine.

Yeah, I don't know, there was just no way to attach a photo so I just don't know??  They have not responded to my email inquiring about this.  I sent the email 4 days ago..  Maybe they will reply.

I actually remember seeing that link a couple of years ago. I think I even posted an ad there, but nothing came of it.

Not being able to post a picture with it is really a problem. A photo catches the woman's attention and is always a good idea, IMHO.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. (Other times, like when you pay $125 for an ad you could get for $10... not...)

Well, I am going two directions and will see what happens:

I just finished paying for ads to be run for two weeks each in the Kiev region and the Kherson Region through the company you mentioned.  Kiev was $40 for 2 weeks with photo and Kherson was $16 for 2 weeks with photo.  Total of $56, average of $14 per week per ad.  Of course there is only my email address to send to, no other support.  I also wanted to place ads in places like Odessa, Zaporozhye etc.. but they don't service those areas I guess or at least I couldn't find that they did.  I emailed them to ask if they could so we will see what they say.

I also just paid Jack from Firstdream to run ads for me in Kharkov, Krivoy Rog and Nikolaev.  
Krivoy is $10 per week for ad and $10 for support.  By support, it means that there will be a local address and phone for the girls to use if they want as well as my email address.  His contact there will field all calls/letters etc., scan them and send them to Jack and he will forward them to me.  AND it includes a translation of girls first letter if necessary!  So for all that, $20 per week!  I think that's pretty excellent for all that extra work.
Nikolaev was $10 per week for the ad and $15 per week for support.
Kharkov was a little more expensive.  $40 per week for the ad and $10 per week for the support.

So it will all be interesting to see what shakes out!  I am headed there in late December so gotta get these ads going asap!  I still haven't been able to find one bloody woman to talk with yet! ;-(   So something better start happening SOON!!

I know the feeling...

But listen... if you just paid for your ads to start running, it means that they haven't started yet. Lead time is usually a week or more.

So no one has seen your ad, yet.

if you have your dates set, I hope you put that in your ad. It is sure to increase your response...

You also might try Elena's.... you pay a flat fee, and then can write to a bunch of women... the response time is quicker usually...

Yes, I put in all my ads that I will be in Ukraine in December.

Are you thinking of "Elenas Models"?  Because actually I did join that for $95.  But after joining, it was weird, there was no search engine or anything and almost all the women were from Russia and very few from Ukraine.  So I told them I didn't think it would really work for me and they gave me all my money back, very honest of them.
