Title: DVD codes Post by: JaH on June 29, 2003, 04:00:00 AM I saw a post some time ago here, maybe on BRAMA, about DVD codes for computers, to play movies in Eastern Europe.
I can not locate the post in the archives, anyone know about this? Thanks. Title: Just as a FYI Post by: John K on June 30, 2003, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to DVD codes, posted by JaH on Jun 29, 2003
If you are trying to patch your computer's DVD to play Russian movies, be careful. A lot of DVDs have a limited number of times you can switch them back and forth between different regional codes. More info (and workarounds) can be found http://forum.rpc1.org/portal.php Title: Re: DVD codes Post by: Cold Warrior on June 29, 2003, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to DVD codes, posted by JaH on Jun 29, 2003

I have bought dvd's in Russia and Ukraine. These play fine on both my computer dvd and my dvd player. No codes required. |
