Guys, one of many things I see is the high percentage of people who think they have great interest and compatibility in each other,........until they meet.

I am working with a gentleman in Canada and an agency in Kharkov and we are experimenting with a new concept.

Let's say there is a woman in Kharkov that you have been writing to and you have great interest to meet her and are thinking about going to see her. Wouldn't it be nice if you had the opportunity to have a face to face meeting with her before you go and visit?  I think that maybe half of the disasters of  "we knew we weren't compatible in the first five minute's" could be done away with if the two parties had a chance to see and talk to each other first via direct video/audio link.

I am wanting to try a new experiment. In about three weeks I would like to have 6 guys who would like to go to there computer on a Saturday or Sunday morning at 9 or 10 am, go to a certain link we will have set up and be able to see and talk to six (maybe a few more) beautiful ladies who will be in an office in Kharkov. {you will need to have a video camera hooked up to your computer}  One of the ladies will be the one lady you have interest in. You will be able to talk directly to your lady for about 10 minutes. The video, with the equipment we are using, will be real time. You will hear what she says as she says it, you will see her movements as she makes them. There will be interpreters on hand as needed.

I already have one guy who is wanting to do this so I am looking for five more. If you have a lady in Kharkov you have interest to meet this way, or if you see a lady in Kharkov you would like to meet, write me and we will contact this lady and try to get her to be available. We will give each guy about 10 minutes to talk to the lady of his choice. He will ofcourse be able to see the other 5, 6, 7 ladies who are in the office at the time. After all 6 guys have been able to talk with there number one choice I think we will try to allow a few answers and questions if some of the guys would like to ask anything of any of the other ladies who they have seen.

We are going to be getting ladies from the ages of about 25 to 36. We are looking for guys from the age of 34 to 46.

If this turns out to be successful we will then try to do it in selected cities once a month.

Hello guys, the first attempt at this is going to happen the morning of Saturday July 26th from 9 to 10am eastern time.

Now what is proposed is to have 12 fine, beautiful, sincere ladies who will be there. There will be 6 PC's with cameras at the far end, in Kharkov.

Each of the 6 men will go to this one particular site and chose up to 4 ladies who interest them, identifying which is his first choice, second choice, third choice, etc.

We will try to contact each guys first two choice's. If un-successful we will try to contact two of his four choices.

There will be 12 ladies there in total and each guy will talk to each lady for five minutes, after five minutes a new lady will take the seat and after her five minutes a new lady, etc. Each guy should be able to spend 5 minutes with each of the 12 ladies.

This is one reason why we are trying to get a certain number of men and women in these same age brackets so there potentially could be more possabilites of interest.

There just has to be better ways of getting compatiable people together without having to go to the time, travel and expense of flying over only then to realize there are certain strong things they do not like about this person, things that might become apparent during a live five- minute video conference.

We do have four guys who are going to be part of this first experiment and need two more if anyone is interested.

Nice to see others in the over 50 age group than myself.I had met a waitress at a T/A truck stop who was from Kiev ukraine. She was 44, attractive, but only 5-2. and she wanted nothing to do with gear jammers.
I hope that I can find a woman from Eastern Europe.

Charles, after we get the bugs out of the first and probably second attempt we are going to try to do the same for a group of men from 50 to 60 with ladies ranging from 34 to 46.

Jack that is a great idea. Confidential Connections Agency in Kharkov has been doing that for the last 2 years.

I think it's a great idea. I'm not interested in being part of your group (you know I've already found my lady, and she's in Colombia, and we're STILL waiting for the K-1, but that's a different story). Never-the-less, it is still a great idea, I've done it one-on-one with my lady, we can speak to each other without an intpreteter, and it works great and it's a lot of fun (although she doesn't have sound, so we have to type the words).

In a group setting, and having to use an intprepter (and still at the 'just meeting and/or screening' stage of the relationship) I don't imagine (at least I hope not) the conversations will be very intimate, but still it has the potential for being a great tool.

I'll go you one better, record them and make AVI movies of them and you can send them to the guys (and ladies, if they have access to a computer) and they can view them over and over again. I use a shareware that works pretty good ($25.00 to register, it's 'crippled' until you register it) that will record them (visual only, no sound) let me know if that sounds good and I'll give you a link to download it.

You guys that don't have a webcam, they only cost from $25.00 to $50.00, depending on features, and aren't hard to install, get one and take advantage of this opportunity.

Now, NOTHING beats meeting in person, even after this, a guy could travel to meet the lady and still find 'no chemestry in person', but if it saves one guy the cost of a trip (or if one woman says 'no, after the video conference I don't think I'm still interested in this guy' and let's him know up front) it will save people a lot of expense and grief. It's not the 'solution', I hope nobody decides after one video conference 'she's the ONE', but it has the potential to be a good tool for saying 'well, now I know that she (or he) is NOT the one, better keep looking'.

This is a great idea! I have had some job interviews via teleconferencing and know it's a great technology. I suppose people would need decent quality computers and computer cameras and it should work.

I like it. Seems like the future to me.
