Yes, you can download the forms from the INS site. But it might be a good idea to phone the INS and explain your situation. Ask them to mail you a package with all the necessary forms and instructions. 1-800-375-5283 Have you tried contacting your local INS office about this? They are probably the ones who will process your case (?) Congratulations J! Ray |
