Title: Speaking of Removal of Conditions... Post by: Stevo on May 05, 2003, 04:00:00 AM Just got the NOA today which extends wifey's green card 1 year from the expiration date of the card. States the NOA can be used for travel and all other things you need a green card for. Interestingly, the NOA did not mention our daughter (she was listed on the petition). Wonder if we'll be getting another NOA for her...otherwise how does SHE travel?!?!

Yes, your daughter should receive a similar but seperate notice that she was named on the petition. |
