Title: visa question for everyone Post by: mudd on March 30, 2003, 05:00:00 AM i have a friend of mine from ukraine who was here on a work visa. he works as a computer programer. his 3 year work visa ran out, so he filed for adjutsment status under his advance parole. he did this back in september of last year. since then, he is waiting for his green card to be approved, which will take maybe another year, but since then, he has gone back to ukraine and has gotten married. he wants to bring his wife here, but from what he is telling me, he cant do that until he receives his green card, which will take probably over a year. does anybody know of another way to bring his wife here soonar than that?
