I started this business with asain sun tours. All the lies that guy fed me got me off to a great start!

Not a chance anyone could catch me, though. I'm years ahead of them!!!   :)

Larry.

P.S.  This is the first trip I didn't come here to meet ladies, and by far the best one!  May have come away with a very nice one, too.

That doesn't sound good.

What do suggest then?,  I have to have a tour or agency
to get cut down on the learning curve and get proper exposure to the women.  The penpal method is just to slow.
Going alone could lead to lots of wasted time.

Any other tours or agencies?  other posters say it is illegal.

promising to pay for meals and then telling the hotel he did not say so, when I had it in writing.

Promising plane tickets on certain dates two months in advance, then saying no flights are available for another two months, the day before the flight was supposed to be. He had my money for months and didn't purchase the tickets, then at the last minute tells me there are no flights. I had already taken the time off work, I was commited to these dates.

His employees also lied to me on numerous occasions, I assume because he told them to do so.

He goes by at least 3 different aliases that I know of.

Time is short, I'll stop there.

Larry.

Why is it so different then latin countries?

The agency method facilitates the whole process of findind a wife in a foregn country.

20 americans fly down, have a couple big parties with 100 Filipine women, and also visit the agency.  sound s efficient then the penpal method.

"The agency method facilitates the whole process of findind a wife in a foregn country"
Sexual Exploitation has been the Govt. reason for the illegalization of "matchmaking for marraige" agencies. Actually the agencies aren't illegal, only doing it for a fee. A recent investigation into the intro parties that still operate(illegally) in the Phils.(Cebu) found nothing more than a bunch of hookers entertaining marraige minded men. A couple of agency owners have been banned from the Phils. and the whole industry is now being scrutinized by the Phil. Govt.
Another black eye for the lagit agency is some agencies are linking themselves to porn sites. Good fodder for the governments cause.
