David, if you want her to leave the country you had better have proof that she committed a very bad crime, and that means something more then just your word! (selling drugs, robbing banks, stealing from the government---). At this point anything you do will instantly be looked at by the INS as just a heart broken man wanting revenge and they will ignor it. She has been here long enough to stay and there's nothing you can do about it. I knew one guy that was so angry that he told the INS that he married his wife only to get her a green card and it was all a fake marriage! Needless to say nothing was done about it because they knew he was just hurt and out for revenge. If anything the idiot is lucky they didn't fine him for many thousands of dollars.

I can't do that Mike, "the only way evil can get away with it's evil is for good people to do nothing" I refuse to do that, no human being has ever done anything like this to me before, and no other human being have I ever treated so well. I'm building a case against Natasha that the INS cannot refuse, and even if they do, the police won't. I do believe filing a false police report is a felony, and if so, she will have to leave based upon that alone. I have her tape recorded admiting to filing a false spousal abuse report against me, and I have many other proofs to her character as well. She is nailed to the wall and doesn't even know it yet, I guess I will be the first successful man then to successfully send their illegal wife home. I'll keep you updated.

But I have noticed that some really beautiful girls are from Minsk, I mean those type of girls I really am attracted to, I just like the way they look. Have you been to Minsk? To be honest, no I don't think it's worth it. I used to hate AW, but now I can see that AW are not so bad after all. I have more in common with them, they know about paying bills, they know about budgets, they know how to run a relationship, not depending on the man for everything, expecting him to do everything in the relationship, etc. You don't need to sign an I-864 and be responsible for them for 10 years, you don't have to wait 6-12 months to get her over here, or spend thousands of dollars on telephone bills, or teach them how to drive. Do you know when Natasha got here, she didn't even know how to turn the steering wheel to make the vehicle go left or right. Can you believe that, you probably think I'm joking, but I'm not. Additionally, she didn't know why those red lights on the back of a car light up from time to time. I said to her, Natasha, you're joking right? Natasha honey, those are brake lights, and I'm thinking to myself, "my word, what else doesn't she know?". There are so many little stories like that I cannot begin to describe them, things you would never think of. I was more like a Father to her than a husband, she was like a little kid, and you would think she would be grateful for me doing all the things I did for her? Heck no, she took everything I did for her for complete granted. Believe me when I tell you I went to the FSU to get a quality girl who would be much better than an AW, but instead I got a girl who was 50 times worse than any AW I've ever met or gone out with, and that is a fact. When I turn 50, perhaps then I'll go to Russia and grab a hot 25 year old, but at 35 I can still attract a nice 25 year old AW who I could relate a lot better to and have a decent relationship with. But the idea of moving to the FSU for awhile and checking out the local girls there for awhile has a great deal of appeal to it for me, plus I want to start an import/export business from over there, while I was there I noticed many things that we have that they could use, and many things they have that we could use, so I believe an import/export business could do very well. Anyway, I was living a fantasy, thinking that somehow someway these FSU girls were better, and that you could find one that when you brought her over here, she would be thankful, grateful, and loyal. Ha ha ha ha, boy was I wrong, just the exact opposite. But don't tell the guys with there own marriage websites that, oh no, an FSU woman is the answer to all your dreams. Yeah right, maybe if your 50 or older, but not for me.

I don't know that that will be good enough, any lawyer can represent her and say: because of the abuse, and the fact that she wanted to try to make your marriage work is why she said such thing, or another approach could be she decided to tell this to others just to not look so stupid for staying with an abusive husband, or she can say you told her to start telling everyone that it was false, or she can say you made her make the recording or else you would be abusive even more! The point is that lawyers can make excuses, or describe things be them false or true. Then she can always appeal any negitive outcome, drag it through the court system ask for appeals, or even waivers to stay if she has to. A half way decent lawyer would look at this as easy money. Just letting the judge know that he plans to make this a long procedure and this is all being created by a man that is "then he describe you in many different lights" and when he's finished letting them know they plan to make this a long fight the judge will soon realize this will use up a lot of the courts time which would/could cause them to have these charges dropped or reduced, he can request the court prove the tape is her voice which requirs an expert witness, there's a lot of things he can use to lower these charges. After all that crap is over she can say she never understood anything that happened because of her English, I can go all day with stuff like that. You're kicking a dead horse. Take this one on the chin and go stay in Ukrain for a while find some arm candy, what ever, the main thing is to move on quickly with life in any way that will make you happy again. I have to admit, your advice seems very good, the only thing you have overlooked is the fact that Natasha doesn't have any money to hire a lawyer, so I don't believe she will be able to get one. And although I like the arm candy idea, I just can't bare to think that this girl will get away with this, this should be so illegal and should be stopped, if she is allowed to get away with this, all it will do is keep the door open for other girls to do it as well. If the INS is so concerned about marriages being real, then they should also be concerned with girls getting married for the wrong reasons. I can prove she is a liar, I can prove she has cheated on me while being married, I can prove the recording of here admitting to filing a false report with the police is her, even her previous boyfriend can testify that she indicated to him that her bruises on her arms were from moving boxes, of which he was very skeptical because the bruises were on the from and back of both her arms. Mike, I really do appreciate the advice, and in the back of mind mine, I know you are right, but this girl has done something so bad I don't know if I can live with it. If I can nail her, I can stop her from destroying countless other guys life's as well. She simply should not be able to get away with what she has done, you can't just mess with people like that, you can't just treat people like that, and if you do, you better be willing to pay the price for it. I don't know who she thinks she is, but she has messed with the wrong guy, she should be very very thankful that she hasn't done this to me when I was 25 or so, for if she had, I would be in jail right now and she would still be trying to recover in the hospital, needing new teeth implants. I will go over the head of the INS officer who will be in charge of our case assuming he/she does nothing about this, if they let her get away with this, I will be so pissed off I cannot begin to describe it, and they can take the I-864 and shove it right where the sun don't shine.

David, many have said the I-864 is full of holes and is more of a scare tactic then anything else. Think about it, if you get a divorce how in the world can you have any control over her, therefor you can't be held responsable. The INS receives about 50 million (ok maybe less)letters from guys wanting their wife deported for what ever reasons, they see everything from proof of tax evasion to false abuse reports and countless other daggers and basically they don't care, they have too much to do already and don't have the means or desires to do some detailed research, court fights, and so just because the guy got burned. They see it every day and they see it as the guys fault for marrying her in the first place, and sense she has been here for a while now they know by the time it's over she will have another case with them showing that she has became a part of our society, and blah blah blah. Dude I've been hurt and felt like it would never go away and dang if I didn't find a new girl and laugh at myself for being so consumed before. GO GET SOME NEW MEAT ! Mike, your a very cool guy, and your fairly close to my age, thanks for the dialogue. May I ask you? You have a girl from Moscow? Natasha was also from Moscow. How is your marriage going? How long have you been married? You mentioned Ukraine, have you been there and if so, how many girls to guys are there? Does an American have a clear advantage? Is it easier to score a girl there than here in the USA? And what about Moscow? Would it be easy to meet a girl there? I have only been to Prague, I did in fact like it there, and I'm seriously considering moving there, but the girl situation isn't all that great, although adequate I guess. Dave, my wife was living in Moscow when I met her but she moved there from Saratov. Off hand I don't know how long I've been married, sometimes it feels like weeks and at other times decades! Anyway I've only been to Moscow but I've met FSUW from many places and in general they're about the same. Moscow has many RW that come from the smaller cities and I saw more women then men, but I wasn't paying any attention to men so maybe I had blinders on?? but I did notice nearly all the girls speak English. What ever city you chose should work out fine for your situation, but the bigger the city the better for just getting started. As for scoring women there or any city in the FSU there are a great many women just looking for security and you being an American makes you exotic to them plus they know you have some security to offer so yes it's much easier. I would start off picking a city and looking for someone in need of a room-mate. Either use the internet or go there and check around. Women are easy to approach for directions, help, or ideas so it shouldn't take long to make some conections. If you make friends you'll most likely meet many women that way too. An artical I read many months ago from the Moscow times said that American men are coming there to work and going from being American geeks to Moscow studs and were definitly loving it. (that was just my fast interpritation of what I read) Myself I met my wife at McDonalds, but I was meeting new girls every day. (she wasn't to interested in me like the others and that's what hooked me) Dave get your divorce fast and quickly go there and enjoy life, even if it's just a month or two, no matter what I promise you'll forget about Natasha quickly after getting there, or any FSU big city you chose. Well, I don't understand your post? You say that girl to guy ratio means nothing? So if you go a bar, and there are 100 guys versus 10 girls, you can do well? If so, my hat is off to you, your a better man than me, but personally I don't like having to compete with an overwhelming number of guys to get a girl, this gives girls too much of an advantage. Now sure I could easily kick all of those 100 guys butts with no problem, and I have 10 times there intellect, but girls don't care about that. So in my opinion your deluding yourself if you think girl to guy ratio means nothing, come to Vegas and try to get a girl, so to San Diego and try to get a girl, I wouldn't waste my time, since both places are 5 guys to every 1 girl, giving girls far too much of an advantage. However if you went to Orlando Florida where it was once 3 girls to every one guy, and still about 60% girls and 40% guys, it's not too hard to find some decent girls there. Thats my perspective anyway, sorry if you disagree with it.

Ratio may mean something to a certain extent(numbers/odds theory). But from the demeanor and maturity level evident in most of the posts that I have read from you, most FSU women could size you up in a moment. That said, you would likely attract: (a) a scammer, (b) someone not too intelligent or with low self-esteem (possible but not likely over there), (c) a woman with desparate "needs" that "any" foreigner could fill---i.e. a way out. If you were to attract someone "desireable", with your appearance or "propertied" intellect, I can assure you that it would not take long for her to size-up the situation and take appropriate action (whatever that may be for her). Take a long hard look at yourself, if you do not feel worthy to compete (survival of the fittest), then heal (fix) thyself, grow-up whatever. I am not questioning the difficulty of finding someone worth your time in San Diego, all I am saying is that it seems kind of undeveloped (as my wife would say) to consider such things as girl ratio. But then again, I don't go to bars to meet people, I go there to have fun. Perhaps thats the attitude you need, to be able to go somewhere with the intention of having fun, if you meet someone then so much the better. I think you are setting yourself up for failure if you think you can increase your odds by going to places with good girl ratio. David, I didn't spend "all the money and all the time" to find a girl in Russia. Like yourself, I wouldn't want what I could find in a bar, and I would have felt weird hitting on a girl in a supermarket. In other words, the oportunities for meeting like minded women were slim. Even if I would meet someone, it would take a long time to find anything out about her because they put on a facade for the first few months (or even years). I started looking on the internet because I could at least get to know someone a little bit before meeting them. I didn't find anybody interesting locally, as the amount of women posting ads was slim. There were lots of women in other states, but they might want me to relocate. Then by accident, I came upon the Russian thing. I never deliberately thought "I am so desperate for a peice that I am going to spend thousands just to bring some poor girl here and marry her". I had no idea how much it cost to do this when I met my wife. The thought that I would have to cross the ocean and wait several months to get her here never crossed my mind. I simply wanted to get to know someone, and in the process fell in love with someone very far away from me. His taxes are on $50K. I have another pal who I went to school with whose Pop started a business worth $40M today. Pop died years ago, and Mom ended up with the estate. When she died, her end was worth $25M, which the kids took, put in a charitable trust, and they dole out the money instead of having paid Washington. I'm a second degree black belt in Kenpo and Tae Kwon Do, I have been training since I was five years old, and when I went to prison twice in my life for credit card fraud, I kicked more black guys butts than you could every possibly imagine, my nickname was Rocky, and on the football field, my nickname was Elway. I can punch concrete walls at 75% power, I can punch anything I want and not even begin to hurt my hand, and I can punch harder than most anyone. Do you understand Bruce Lee's system Jeet Kune Do? It means "the way of the intercepting fist", and it's a perfect system to fight a boxer with, you would walk right into a punch as you tried to punch. And that's if you didn't piss me off, because if you did I would rip out one of your eyes so fast you wouldn't have the chance to even blink, let alone hitting you in the solar plexes or groin. I taught many black guys martial arts while in prison after they saw me kick the hell out of some of their buddies, even a boxer who taught boxing decided to learn from me. But the story of your friend who gives away 950K of the 1M, heck, if that is true, he is a very special person, I have never met or even heard of such a person before.
I have enough problems right now than to have to deal with people wanting to fight me, besides I'm too depressed to fight anyway. I sincerely honestly appreciate all of you who have given me advice, I do believe you guys are very nice people, but the fact of the matter is I do have very serious problems, and nobody can help me with them, its hopeless I can assure you. All I want to do is finish my two books I put on hold while I was with Natasha, and start my website where I will describe the truth about this life, that will be my small contribution in this world before I exit stage right. You would be surprised how good those Secret Service agents are, I certainly was, you would not believe how they were able to catch me, I had no idea they would go to such lengths to find someone. They impressed me very much, and I realized it just wasn't worth trying to fight the Federal Government, they are just too powerful and resourceful, and that's why I don't mess with them anymore either. Besides, I only have a certain type of intelligence, in many ways I would not even be considered average, let alone intelligent. Most people have a more balanced intelligence, I have a very imbalanced intelligence, very intelligent in certain ways, and not very intelligent in others. I suspect this is true of many of the most intelligent people in this world, or a least a lot of them. I think it would be more true to say I have a great deal of knowledge and understanding as oppossed to intelligence.

No my mother left when I was about 7 years old, but before she did, she used to leave me in the car for hours upon hours while she visited with people, did the shopping, or even at the house when she went inside, I was left in the car, told not to leave. I remember one time when I woke up at nightime, in a strange neighborhood I did not recognize, it was dark and I was in the car, I started crying and didn't know what to do so I got out of the car, walked across the street to the nearest house and knocked on the door, this elderely couple answered the door and must have been pretty surprised to see a 5 year old standing there crying. They let me in and told me to sit on their couch, so I did but I was so scared I wet my pants all over their couch, (poor people). They called the police, I remember the police showing up and I would assume they started knocking on doors to find my mother, they did and she came to get me. If that had happen today, she would no doubt be arrested and put in jail for child neglect, as she should have been. Lesson to be learned? Yes, don't get pregnant when your 14 years old and have a kid when your 15. And, not all woman make good mothers. But hey, thanks for asking.
