Title: Any experience using a Form W-8? Post by: Lynn on November 24, 2002, 05:00:00 AM It is my understanding that if anyone that does not have a SS# can file this form and open bank accounts, work (without tax liability), attend public schools and so forth. The filing is supposed to last for three years.
