Svetlana Agency is having a party this Saturday where men can meet Russian Women in the Los Angeles Area.  The cost of the party is $300.  This seems like it could be a reasonable price if a man could meet RW in America who also speak English.  On the other hand it is a lot to pay if you don’t know what you are getting into.  Thus, I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has attended these parties and how he liked it.  Incidently, Svetlana also says other women will be there from other countries, like Brazil, and not just Eastern European.

$300 bucks seems a bit steep in the land of the free.  Lord knows how they got these ladies into this country... do they come with documentation?

I'm sure there are some nice russian girls here in the states, but don't you know they know the inside track on what they need to stay in this country.

Ok, I agree... I'm a pessimist.

I'd like to hear from anyone that attends this $300 event.
Somebody give us a trip report in LA.

OK, get the group together and ante up $300 + my expenses - I'll go and come back with a full report including secretly taped conversations and mini-pix off a spy camera.  It sure has me curious - after all, LA just doesn't seem to me to be a fertile stomping ground for meeting Eastern European women wanting to find husbands in America.

Los Angeles has a large immigrant community of Eastern Europeans as well as a significant community of Brazilians.  They come to America by many various routes and by comparison the number of women coming to America through marriage agencies is a drop in the bucket.  Svetlana agency is run by a Russian Woman, has all Russian women on their staff and is located in Newport Beach California.  I called them up once and they said they have connections in the Russian-American community and have access to many beautiful Russian women already living in this country.  In theirlast party a former Miss Russia made an appearance.  Please note that Svetlana does not bring these women over to America, but rather has connections to the community or Russian women who are already in the United States.  I was also told they have Brazilian women that come to their parties (and even some AW).  It was too late for me to go to this party because I didn't sign up in time, but I got on their mailing list and will try the next party which will probably be in a few months.  I am surprised nobody has experience with them.

They used to say they were finding the best women for wealthy American clients but I can't tell that the girls they have are any better.  It seems like a party with a limited number of Russian women they have available in the US couldn't succeed too well.  If you attend a party in Newport Beach expect a rich crowd.  They average home price in NPB  must be around $850k.  So many good looking women hang out there already, you would think those guys wouldn't have to go abroad.  They could just get a local goldigger and a prenup.
