My wife in the Pinas is going to get her medical exam done tommorow at St. Lukes for K3 Visa. Now, for those of you who have gone through this process, what would be the next step. The embassy there informed my wife that there is no need for an interview. Who gets to submit the papers to the embassy? and how long after the medical exam will she recieve her visa if everything goes smooth? I would really appreciate it when you guys share with me your info/experience. Also, I am trying to get this good deal in one-way ticket from Manila to Chicago at $550 if I purchase it in Pinas. We have seen both aspects of the K-3 VISA. One girl got hers so quick after the physical it blew me away because I had been in the R.P. waiting for 3 weeks. And I have seen a few (including myself) wait 4-6 weeks for the VISA to be processed. If you have no divorce or there aren't any children involved bet on 2 weeks. Bear & Honey |
