Title: New member with some questions: Post by: sfcolorado on October 23, 2002, 04:00:00 AM Hi, I'm new to this board but I have been reading the messages here for about a week. I have a few questions that hopefully someone can help me out with. I have been in a serious relationship with a RW from the Ukraine for about a year, and we are now in the K1 process. I have a few questions about the INS situation...
1) What is going on with the Nebraska service center? My petition went in on June 29th and I am still waiting for a review (115 days now and counting). Does anyone have any guesses or clues about when I can expect this? 2) Once my petition has been approved, how long should it be to the interview date? 3) Are there any more "issues" going on with this process right now at the Warsaw Embassy or anything else in-between that could cause any significant hold ups, delays, or problems? Any useful info anyone has would be appreciated :) Title: ..."hold ups, delays, or problems ?" If not real, certainly imagined by our own related bureaucratic governmental agencies. I hope your wait is fruitful. Good luck.... I was approved through Nebraska last Friday after 134 days.. (they got my petition on June 13th, so you shouldn't have much longer).. Welcome to the club.. ;-) Who knows how long to the interview.. I don't know what the time frame is for it. |
