This is an unknown science right now. Over the years the time to process different visas changes. At the present time it is faster to marry there and bring her over on a K-3 which requires filing 1st an I-130 then using those numbers to refile an I-129F. Under ideal circumstances the K-3 is taking much less than 6 months. As for the Fiancee VISA it appears to have been pushed back on the prority list so that some are waiting as much as a year now.
