They've changed names lately - and I am pretty sure they have not. The one I know (a lot) about is the Real Agency. Philb, if you need any support there, or just want to cut the agency out of the loop (something I'd recommend) - be sure to get her contact information (telephone number, address and such) and I can probably help you with putting a communication mechanism in place.
