How long can my wife stay in Ukraine on her Green Card? She wants to spend some time with her family and we don't want to get the INS irritated...

The only time when it matters is when she is applying for citizenship. There are specific provisions there that you can apply / be eligible for citizenship if you haven't been out of country for more than 180 days per year. You might want to check these requirements on INS website. |
