If you want specific info ask a question. If you don't like what I post then don't read it. I was e-mailed that article by a company that specializes in travel to Russia and thought that it might interest someone. What is relevant depends on your situation. As for what is factual... That's hard to say about anything. Life is as much about perceptions as facts. I'm here to help people that want to know a little from a guy who's lived in Russia for awhile.
