I have bought some bummers at the Fina station down the street. Then masterbell.com came to my attention. I asked Svetlana to keep track of her phone time (of course she didn't). A better, more reliable service in the long run but the drawbacks...$0.12 a minute, no connection fees? Not really.
The claim..state and federal taxes MAY apply should read state and federal taxes DO apply. Customer service couldn't (or wouldn't) say how many minutes have been utilized so far...but I did get a $ value left on the card. Oh...it is not re-chargable so we have to constantly re-submit a crdit card # ?? Can't do cartwheels and backflips about masterbell but what else is there? Maybe just back to Fina...What a rackett ...what happened to World-Com? They should be Rockerfeller rich but maybe the Arabs got it all! Karl |
