On another list I saw posted the 50 questions to ask before marriage.
This is a great list.

   I also found some good questions and ideas from a Jewish website on
marriage. No I’m not Jewish..I was searching for questions and answers
to the idea of what should be discussed before marriage. I never asked
those kinds of questions to any of the ladies I was serious with in good
old America. It was like this with them. Hmm we have fun partying together,
the sex is good, we don’t fight too much so let’s get married.

   My idea when writing to her was let’s find out where her ideas and
my ideas are the same or different and if not to my tastes could I overlook/
overcome the differences. In my case I decided that I wouldn’t compromise
my ideals or my character to fit hers. My thoughts were there are many ladies
and to find the one that complimented me. I could be wrong, but I figured
this way there would be fewer problems down the road. I also stressed
that I’d be honest and not hide anything from her in my answers to her questions,
but I also expected her to truthful and straight forward with me.

   I asked these important questions to her and waited for her answer
before I wrote her my thoughts on the questions. Also you can word questions
in a way that it would be more probable to get true feelings. I also wanted
her to ask questions and just wrote, I await your questions you need answered.

   I’ve corresponded with a few guys and asked what all they wrote
about and surprise, surprise....they didn’t ask near the questions I did or
questions that I thought should be asked. Hey guys were looking for wives
here, not just casual friends. I wanted to get this personal stuff out of the
way so when I did visit a lady there would be much less to think about, to
question and problems to overcome.

   Yes even with doing this we had a few problems to overcome when
we met. Guys when writing ask those important questions and even the
personal questions you have. You will be glad you did when you visit.

to comment on the list please do so as that’s what this list is for, but don’t
bother posting if all you want to do is flame.....me, the way I pursued my dream, who I used and the like. I don’t need to read it and others don’t need
to read it. Feel free to discuss other ways to meeting a lady, other questions
to ask when writing, or anything helpful to someone.

With the good questions to ask women from the Jewish website?  Or, are you the guy that posted questions like that already?

I can see where my first marriage went wrong, but I guess I knew that already.
